Tu ne quaesieris, scire nefas, quem mihi, quem tibi
finem di dederint, Leuconoe, nec Babylonios
temptaris numeros. ut melius, quidquid erit, pati.
seu pluris hiemes seu tribuit Iuppiter ultimam,
quae nunc oppositis debilitat pumicibus mare
Tyrrhenum: sapias, vina liques et spatio brevi
spem longam reseces. dum loquimur, fugerit invida
aetas: carpe diem quam minimum credula postero.

I wonder; if you read my post on subliminal messages, do you think that it is more obvious that it seems, or that it is just a simple coincidence? Sure, you might say that it is meant for the reader to discover it or is it just placed there for someone to express his/her true feelings somewhere even though nobody discovers it...just a thought as i come across them occasionally, wondering if i have accidentally stumbled onto a very private secret not meant for me or anyone else for that matter.

Secondly, as today is national day (yes it has passed 12am already when i started) i guess a mandatory entry is required and that is what i shall give. Heck, i'm so bored i think i could just blog out my life since the last entry, which was only on a saturday. Even though i am bored i still will not give a crap entry, and this will be as full and complete as any other entry, and as an additional twist, i shall start from today and work my way backwards to monday.

Today, we had national day celebration in school and i have one word for it. Retarded. Yes, they student council/whoever who is in charge as well as the teachers have probably put in a lot of effort into it and of course kudos to them for their effort. In case why you think it's crappy, it's mainly due to two things - the t-shirt, and the morning assembly. Next time, when people are not ready, do not call them down for assembly, seriously. Got down to the quadrangle at 7.45am, some action and commands were shouted and people marched towards the flagpole before nothing happened until around 8.10am, and we just stood there like idiots while the catholic students return from their mass. Time is money my friend, and by wasting time you're wasting money and i can say that this morning's assembly was a waste of time. Obviously, i was not the only one as many people complained and with majority of the population in green t-shirt and sweating profusely, was it ever any doubt? Meanwhile, it was finally time to start and the assembly proceeded as per normal. After the boring two speeches, we proceeded to the auditorium, if not for sitting down at least for the air-con as it was so hot outside and the t-shirts aren't helping. Kept shouting gay throughout since the well celebrated geography teacher is hosting and glad to say that he's actually quite sporting and willing to show his sexuality in public, glad to see that. Every j1 skit was a disappointment sadly, but at least the j2 skits were funny, congrats to t21 for clinching champion.

Moments later, the 'celebration' ended and we quickly headed back to class for photo-taking for the school yearbook photo before leaving for seoul garden at ngee ann city. Everytime we (r gm me bobby tch peter) go out, there will always be a debate and today is no different. First off though, we missed the 132 or rather it was too crowded so we had to devise another plan to get there just as it opens. Even though it meant crossing the road, we had to do so and crossed to take bus to toa payoh and then a train to ngee ann, but we were too late, due to the debate of crossing or not crossing we missed the 105 that would've taken us to toa payoh unfortunately. Especially since we would've made it if there had not been a debate earlier, so we stoned at the bus stop basically. Like always, saw simon and his (girl)friend board 151 as it sped off into the distance...wah so romantic!

Just before people were about to get into one of their mood swings, 153 came and we squeezed but managed to make it on board as the last few people. Expected much less people to board actually but apparently everyone wants to go to town. After alighting, we boarded the train and went to orchard and then to seoul garden. Little did we expect however, that it is so crowded with loads of other cj people as well but as it was empty (just the queue for it being very long) we managed to get a seating but had to leave by 1.30pm. Obviously, we ate loads and i basically survived on fish and beef throughout, almost never touching the chicken or anything else for that matter and at around 1.40pm, we were 'chased' out. Usually r would go home after eating but he instead chose to humble us with his presence as we went to shaw to watch rush hour 3. Since the movie was almost 1 hour after we had bought our tickets, we went to the lower levels to do some window shopping before going to watch the movie. Seeing that it is indeed a good movie, i shall not spoil it for you, the kind reader who actually made it this far, and since nothing much happened on tuesday and monday, i guess i shall stop here.

EITHER WAY, I HATE IT.
